Tucked away in the heart of Chenderiang, Perak, Draco Nature Camp is more than just a campsite—it’s a sanctuary for the soul. Founded and managed by Mr. Hisham (Hisham Sg. Cincin), our camp was built on a simple, powerful philosophy: a strict commitment to true, back-to-nature living.

Whether you are an avid hiker, a passionate bird watcher, or a family looking to disconnect from screen time and reconnect with each other, we offer a peaceful escape far from the noise and hustle of city life.

Our Natural Features

Parallel Running Streams: Pitch your tent alongside clear, fast-flowing mountain rivers. The gentle sound of rushing water is your soundtrack from sunrise to sunset.
Our Own Private Waterfall: Hidden within the property grounds, guests can trek down to cool off in our very own natural waterfall pool.
Pure Peace & Quiet: To protect the tranquility of the forest, we do not allow loud personal generators. We keep things intentionally serene, giving you space to breathe and unwind.

The Draco Experience: What Makes Us Special?

🌿 The Famous Guided Night Walk

One of our most loved highlights is the 2-hour Guided Night Walk led personally by Mr. Hisham. It’s an educational experience designed to teach campers how to deeply appreciate the rainforest. During this evening trek, you’ll get a rare look at local flora and nocturnal fauna—including a chance to spot the largest stick insect in the world, found only right here in the Chenderiang Forest!

Modern Comforts, Intentionally Minimal

We believe in roughing it out beautifully without compromising on basic hygiene. We continuously upgrade our grounds to offer a seamless blend of raw nature and essential comfort:

Cleanliness First: Our toilet and bathroom facilities are maintained to high public-utility standards, ensuring a comfortable experience for kids and families.
Flexible Camping Zones: Choose your perfect vibe. Set up your gear right by the riverbank, pitch in our spacious middle zone, or pull up right to our dedicated car-camping and rooftop tent (RTT) areas.
Balanced Energy: To preserve the raw camping atmosphere, our central generator runs strictly from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM—giving you evening light to cook and socialise, followed by a pitch-black, star-lit sky for a restful night's sleep. Free plug points are available to draw extensions back to your tent during these hours.

Draco Nature Camp is heavily gated, secure, and easily accessible by all standard vehicles (just a brief 800-meter off-road gravel path brings you right to paradise). Because we prioritize privacy and space for every camper, spots fill up incredibly fast on weekends.
