Welcome to Draco Nature Camp (draconaturecamp.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking and use of our campground facilities. By accessing this website or making a campsite reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book our facilities.

1. General Site Use & Bookings

  • Eligibility: By booking a site through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

  • Reservation Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation receipt has been issued by our management team.

2. Campground Rules & Guest Conduct

To maintain the peaceful, "back-to-nature" environment of Draco Nature Camp, all guests must strictly adhere to the following campground rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the campsite without a refund.

  • Quiet Hours: To preserve the tranquility of the forest and respect fellow campers, quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • No Personal Generators: Loud personal generators are strictly prohibited at all times. Central campsite power is provided via our main generator during scheduled evening hours only.

  • Cleanliness & Waste Management: We operate on a strict "Leave No Trace" philosophy. Campers must keep their designated lots clean and dispose of all trash in the provided bins before checking out.

  • River & Waterfall Safety: Swimming and trekking to our onsite stream and mini-waterfall are done entirely at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near water sources.

3. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations or requests to reschedule a booking must be made within the timeframe specified during your checkout process.

  • Weather and Force Majeure: Camping is an outdoor activity subject to natural elements. Draco Nature Camp is not liable for extreme weather events, natural disasters, river floods, or other "acts of God" that may impact your stay. Refunds or rescheduling under these circumstances will be handled at the sole discretion of management.

4. Liability and Risk Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: By entering Draco Nature Camp, you acknowledge that outdoor camping, hiking, night walks, and river activities involve inherent natural risks (including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, fluctuating river currents, and changing weather conditions).

  • Limitation of Liability: Draco Nature Camp, its owners, and its staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, sickness, loss of life, or damage/theft of personal property (including vehicles and camping gear) sustained during your stay or while using our website.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on draconaturecamp.com—including text, layout maps (such as petagaco.jpg), logos, images, and graphics—is the property of Draco Nature Camp or its content creators and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your data and will only use your personal information (such as name, phone number, and email) to process your bookings and communicate details regarding your stay.

7. Changes to These Terms

Draco Nature Camp reserves the right to amend, update, or change any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at our campsite shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
